Vanessa takes Monty out with her and her good friends to go egg her ex-boyfriends apartment. But they miss the bus (wasn't their fault, the bus had an unannounced detour and missed their stop for some reason. So Vanessa calls her Dad because Monty didn't bring his car and Vanessa doesn't even have a car. And it's getting dark out, late sunset. And Doofenshmirtz is a little bit disgruntled but when Vanessa explains they literally got to the bus stop a little early and everything and the bus didn't show up he's a little more understanding (Monty is surprised by this, under the impression that Doofenshmirtz was completely irrational.) And then he thinks Heinz is gonna leave him behind but he tells Monty to get in his truck. And Monty is so confused but pleasantly surprised. Then because it's late Heinz takes them to a Sonic to get burgers and whatever for dinner (that's just what I was imagining okay) and tells Major Monogram that he has his son and what happens. And Monty looks confused because why is this alleged evil psycho acting so responsible and hospitable. And he tries to pay back Doofenshmirtz for the meal but Hienz doesn't want his lousy 20 bucks (because this is the 2010s when food was cheaper) and that he's just doing it because it's just the "right thing to do". And it slowly dawns on him that Heinz isn't an demonic evil psycho and just as misunderstood as Vanessa told him he was.
