Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup ice cubes. 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Fresh blueberries and shredded coconut for garnish.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, coconut milk, ice cubes, and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and pour the mixture into a glass, filling it halfway. Rinse the blender, then add the plain yogurt, shredded coconut, remaining honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and pour this mixture on top of the blueberry layer in the glass. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a sprinkle of shredded coconut. Insert a straw or a long spoon, and serve immediately.

Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 360F 180C. To make a tasty paste, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl. Cover the turkey breast with the paste by rubbing it all over. Put the turkey breast in the air fryer basket so that the breast side is facing down. At 360F 180C, cook the turkey breast for 20 minutes. Turn the turkey breast over so the breast side is now facing up after 20 minutes. Put the chicken broth in the air fryer basket's bottom. Keep cooking at 360F 180C for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until the turkey breast reaches 165F 74C on the inside. Rest the turkey breast for five to ten minutes before cutting it up and serving it. Enjoy your turkey breast that is moist and tender!
