-feeling like shit constantly -asking someone for a favor means hating yourself for the next week -feeling awful when people comfort you because you never feel like it’s enough -feeling like you manipulate your significant other and friends all of the time -flicking through emotions every 30 minutes -feeling happy when you wake up then hating yourself after an hour -not being able to sleep because you’re going through every conversation you had that day -thanking someone for an hour after they listen to two things you say -feeling hatred towards yourself is the only feeling that remains constant -thinking someone hates you if they’re mad or look bored -wanting to do some outlandish thing to get people to pay attention to you -emotionally cutting yourself off from everyone and then feeling everything at once when you’re by yourself -being calculated around your friends and lover and only ever showing them certain sides of you -feeling isolated/alone all of the time
