how do i tell my friends im addicted to kk sliderβs music???
i learned that each woman spends approximately $5,600 on her period over her lifetime (x)
this reminded me of the reason why i bought reusable menstrual pads in the first place
im so happy with my collection
where did you get them? theyre so cute I love!
@cerenae i got them here!Β i recommend 10/10!
Last period was the first time I didnβt use any non reusable products!
REUSABLE???? THEREβS REUSABLE ONES?????
I love reusable ones! Using them almost a year now!
WHAT!!!!
BROOOO
WHATTT
hop aboard the reusable menses product train yβall! boss up your coochie!! all joking aside though, iβve saved money, no more cramping or inner thigh rashes from the dioxins and other weird chemicals and (pandemic related) fewer reasons to take impromptu trips out of the house. win-win all around.
i bought their trial pack (one of each pad size + pouch) just to see how these pads are like and just a day after using, i bought a starter pack (2 liner, 3 regular, Β 2 overnight + pouch)
i included a photo below beside my switch for comparison of how big the xl and overnight pads are (i love using both for for nighttime use). daily, i use my regular pads and when working out/post-period, i use the liners.
honestly these are such amazing investments. i cant see myself using commercial pads ever again. they dont stink nor leak and you just have to make sure youre not wearing lace or any flimsy underwear so theyβll stay in place. i totally recommend this!
OMG WHAT THERE ARE REUSABLE ONES????
PSA I JUST SAW THEY NOW HAVE ANIMAL CROSSING PATTERNS IM SCREAMING RIGHT NOW
the amazing part is that itβs 5 LAYERS AND COMES WITH TWO BUTTONS TO SNAP TOGETHER!!
I AM SO IN LOVE!! HEREβS THE LINK IF YOU GUYS ARE INTERESTED!!!!
PS! You bleed on the black bamboo fiber part and not on the villagersΒ π
Love these. Game changing. Donβt knock it til you try it.

I recently ordered from them and I love that the colourful fabrics are water proof. They are worth buying!!
I bought these because of a post I saw about them and did some research. I absolutely love them! Iβm probably gonna get more soon cause I only got the trail pack, and am sick being on my period have having to do laundry right that second to have more pads ready. But absolutely 20/10!
i literally stopped having cramps after i started using them
I bought some of these a bit ago. Forever reblog.
Iβve been using the reusable pads for about three months, just about to buy more. Theyβre amazing!
No one told me there was REUSABLE ONES???
Excuse me NO CRAMPS??? And do these cute little patterns not get stained??
I donβt know about no cramps (Iβve heard that the chemicals in the disposable pads make cramps worse which I wouldnβt doubt but I have no experience) but mine donβt really stain! You are supposed to soak them, which is probably even better, but I just toss mine in the wash as soon as I change them (which encourages me to run a load of laundry lol, I run it with my towels and nothing weird has ever happened). I cannot recommend cloth pads enough I LOVE them.
I used these post partum with all of my kids, and I intend to buy them for my own kids when they start menstruating. I would like to add that they make diapers from the same material that will save you a fortune when you have babies, and itβs so much easier on their skin.
today i learned that according to the New York Post, βForty-two percent of women have experienced period-shaming, with one in five being made to have these feelings because of comments made by a male friend.β (x)
i cant believe this article so i clicked it and was shocked. i mean i have been period-shamed myself but i didnt think A LOT OF PEOPLE can relate to that. i am honestly mad and baffled at the same time.
more reasons why you should get reusable menstrual pads
more comfortable that it feels like you have no pad on
has cute patterns to make YOU feel excited with your period
display it in your bathroom and feel empowered that youβre using a chemical-free and eco-friendly period product
save the earth- disposable pads can take up to 500 years to decompose
discreet to be put in the bag or to bring to the bathroom though WHO CARES? let people see it and educate and empower other period users to switch and be open about their cycle!
before switching to reusable, ive always felt scared to talk about my period. i didnt want to tell someone i get skin rashes or major discomfort because i thought its tmi but hey, its NOT! if people can openly talk about sex, we should be able to openly talk about our cycle that involuntarily occurs monthly! share your thoughts and ask questions about your cycle! i promise you it will help your monthly period better knowing that youβre not alone in this!
Good information and boost for everyone.
Reusable period pads are the best! No rashes, so comfortable and available in so many designs! Plus you support an independent artist. Check them out!
YESS!!! this cannot be stated enough! I started to feel more comfortable within my own body once I started using reusable products for menstruation. It is a good bit of an upfront cost, but so worth it! Period underwear and pads are wonderful. Cups are great too for people who are comfortable with them :) Talk with your fellow people with periods! We all need to work on de-stigmatizing this; men, women, nonbinary, and those who are unsure. :)
I LOVE reusable pads!! The bamboo charcoal ones are super easy to clean and super comfy <3 AND many of these pads are made by small companies! Great way to support the community!!
Wow o wow. I donβt ever wanna contribute to these numbers.
On top of the awesome environmental impacts of reusable menstrual products, they also help to alleviate some pain from menstruation. Not all but a noticeable amount. Since I switched I havenβt gotten fevers, and pain has been less.
