lol full offense but stop policing how frequently bisexuals date either genders. just cause i’ve dated 5 girls back to back doesn’t make me a lesbian, just like another bisexual woman who has dated 5 men back to back doesn’t make her straight. being bisexual means the person has the potential to be attracted to more than one gender and that’s it. what they do with it is their business so just let us live for crying out loud let us live.

Okay but even if it's 95/5 in favor of girls, that's still a bisexual person--attracted to both doesn't only exist in the form of 50/50, and also feeling like you need to be warned that someone isn't attracted to your gender seems a little creepy--if they aren't attracted to your gender, it'll be pretty obvious they aren't attracted to you, so do you really need to know that someone is a lesbian in order to know not to hit on her or waste effort on her as opposed to a bisexual girl giving you signs she's not attracted to you? Like either way you should back off in that situation so why do you need to know?

the point I’m trying to make here is if you’ve handled finances for a company you’re now what i would call a treasurer my g, if you’ve done admin work you are now a secretary (or as I’ve put Management secretary)

throughout the interview emphasise that youre about progression, that you want more responsibilities than you did at your previous job, tell them the hours here are more suitable for me than my last ones were, AND WHEN IT COMES TO SALARY NEGOTIATION its all about continuity. tell them again that it boils down to progression. make up a reasonable figure for how much you were paid in your last role (do your research for how much the industry youre applying to or the role youre applying for pays, base it on that) tell them you expect more than you were previously paid. do not give them a figure. progression is your primary focus, tell them if youre progressing youre happy. leave it at that.
