If y'all get my patreon to one William Dollards Ive always wanted to make my own Holy Table of Practice. There's so much occult furniture that you need like, a table saw and etching equipment to make.

The Emperors appearance molding to the viewers preference so for some Primarchs he basically looks identical to their parents. For Angron who has the nails distorting psychic intrusion it's just a distorted homunculus of his dead slavekin constantly morphing to find something 'acceptable' which is why he's so wary of him initially apart from everything else. it's also interesting to have the loyalist Primarchs being like that because on a subliminal level The Emperors resembles their actual deceased parents. i will draw it when i have free time in a little while. Also isn't it interesting to think of the emperor at some point a victim of memetic interpretation where he molds to humanities overall perception- maybe perhaps why he doesn't want to ascend to a warp entity and be entirely subject to it beyond what he already suffers
yes yes yo get me!! I think that most of the Primarchs will see the emperor as what there own views on him and what the society they where raised in believe about beauty and appearance, angron will definitely see the emperor the romen royal who enslaved him with a distorted face because of the nails corrupting his vision
mine looks like this
So cool, maybe it could shift from different desires of perception when the initial desirable/attractive visage doesn't work it shifts into what youre intimidated or afraid of. The emperor slowly looking more xeno like to mortarion and more like angrons old masters after the 1:1 replicating dead relatives route doesn't work
Struggling recently with gender stuff, needed some positivity for the soul
Little Peroxuus sketch omgmm mybigboy...
Hes stuck in that helmet forever so I guess we're back to headbonk kissies....go Barbaran traditions...
hey friends where is that picture of boromir with the gondor flag except its a pride flag?
Couldnât find it so I made another because youâre right that itâs a crime and itâs definitely my duty to remedy it
In regard to the Wings of Dawn being shocked by waste, what do they think about the Imperial Guard strategy of choking the enemyâs guns with the corpses of entire regiments?
âWe arenât clearing this minefield, just march across arm in arm and let nature take its course. Donât worry about the machine gunners on the other side; theyâll run out of ammo before we run out of soldiers.â
You would be surprised about the amount of stuff (and people) you can get if you apply a bit of effort into saving them from the meatgrinder! :D One of NaĂŤl's favorite form of recruitment : "Oh, you're all doomed? How about this : we adopt whoever survives! :D So focus on surviving, okay? :D"
But that is further down the line, once the Huskborn see how the Imperium is. And have a moment of needing to hug their baselines. XD Lives were so sacred on the Husk that it drives them CRAZY to see humans sent to die!

Oc Friday but kinda late because I had a lot of things to do at the lab and I completely forgot what day we were. Better late than never. (Little bonus at the end hihihi)
So, I'll present 2 of some ocs I was cooking since few weeks but unable to sketch them until now. They're a part of a larger warband leaded by a dissident Word Bearer called Bahram and his three lieutenants:
- Malefaim, a lonely Death Guard,
- Anghèu, a Night Lord,
- and Werre, a World Eater traitor to his legion.
For the moment I've only designed Werre as a mutated Astartes/Manticore (I hesitated with making him a horse centaur) and Anghèu.
Some presentations now!
Werre:
He was a proud son of Terra' member of the War Hounds before Angron was found. He thought that he'll love his new Father but the deception was huge and he started hating him, especially when Angron forced the Nails on his sons. Werre didn't had another choice than to accept them and serve (he tried to pull out the Nail but it caused him an ineffable pain). He did until the the end of the Siege of Terra when he quit his Legion with few brothers to form a rogue warband.
Werre is difficult to apprehend due to the Butcher's Nails altering his personality and behaviour, always swinging betwen periods of depersonalization, sadness or violence. And being most of the time with powerful psyker don't help him at all to calm the constant pain.
He joined Bahram's warband later in life with his brothers, forming a larger one, stronger and more functional
Anghèu:
Of the warband, he's the youngest. Not a Nostramo born, his parents were descendants of baselines humans from a planet in the Thramas sector, serfs in a Night Lord war band's ship. He was taken from them when the warband started needed more Astartes writhing its ranks and the young Anghèu was at the perfect age to start the process. Little they knew or they didn't care about was that Anghèu was a Blank but it didn't stopped the Night Lord to made an Astartes out of him.
Years later his warband was defeated by another and Anghèu was left to die, his Blankness being intolerable to be near him (he was causing people head aches, lot of pain, sudden collapse and sometime he killed some serfs and slaves by accident). Bahram was the one to find him and didn't reject him: his blankness can be an advantage in combat. To help him a little, he created for the Night Lord an artefact based on the Aeldari soul stone to give him a relative presence in the warp, nullifying temporary the side effect of his blankness when he's wearing the artefact mounted as a collar.
He's a huuuuge picky eater, eating only some very specific thing. He smiles and laugh a lot but his laugh his kinda weird and often he manages to choke himself while laughing.
Werre and Anghèu are extremely close especially when the blankness of Anghèu sometime attenuate the psychics energies emited by the psyker that can trigger the Nails and can also attenuate the pain caused by them.
I'll talk more about them another time when I'll have the time to work a little more on them. For the moment I'm working on another project (not one of mine) and also on the design for Malefaim and Bahram.
For Malefaim, I want to go on a design based on bugs because I love bugs, so maybe a spider type tarentula because in my mind Malefaim have the phsysic of a sumo, so a large spider for a large boy maybe mixed with a moth (maybe a hummingbird moth) or some scarab for the tank aspect.
And for Bahram, since he's a master of possession, I want to include in his design some goat features. I will also look in my books and lessons what I can find to give him a look based on Indian art, maybe early 1st millennial, maybe based on the sculpture from the Bharhut and Sanchi StĹŤpas and early Gupta art (I'm reserving the Gandhara's art for someone else đ¤).
Little bonus: quick sketch of Anghèu and Werre taking a nap
Ummm she's literally sensitive :/
My brother had lost the right to mock my deeply unwise vending machine purchase because he's spending his weekend driving to Iowa to buy a 1954 Cadillac limousine.
He doesn't have an explanation for this other than the fact that it's cool. And honestly, that's a pretty compelling argument
Oh good, he's named it.
He got her and she's gargantuan
THE BIG is home!!
Update: brother says: tell your internet people- Iâve been making the car shiny and it is COOL.
He's correct. This is excellent.
I left my brother unattended he traded the little corvair next to THE BIG for this thing. I think he's building an armada
He is casting spell of car repair on it, I think.
Brother has been left unattended and has gotten himself a 1970 Cadillac DeVille.
And now it just needs a plate!
Other options are LONNNG and LOMMMG.
it should definitely be

I am once again posting this excerpt from Why Does He Do That?
"MYTH #4: He holds in his feelings too much, and they build up until he bursts. He needs to get in touch with his emotions and learn to express them to prevent those explosive episodes. My colleagues and I refer to this belief as 'The Boiler Theory of Men.' The idea is that a person can only tolerate so much accumulated pain and frustration. If it doesnât get vented periodicallyâ kind of like a pressure cookerâthen thereâs bound to be a serious accident. This myth has the ring of truth to it because we are all aware of how many men keep too much emotion pent up inside. Since most abusers are male, it seems to add up. But it doesnât, and hereâs why: Most of my clients are not unusually repressed. In fact, many of them express their feelings more than some nonabusive men. Rather than trapping everything inside, they actually tend to do the opposite: They have an exaggerated idea of how important their feelings are, and they talk about their feelingsâand act them outâall the time, until their partners and children are exhausted from hearing about it all. An abuserâs emotions are as likely to be too big as too small. They can fill up the whole house. When he feels bad, he thinks that life should stop for everyone else in the family until someone fixes his discomfort. His partnerâs life crises, the childrenâs sicknesses, meals, birthdaysânothing else matters as much as his feelings. It is not his feelings the abuser is too distant from; it is his partnerâs feelings and his childrenâs feelings. Those are the emotions that he knows so little about and that he needs to 'get in touch with.' My job as an abuse counselor often involves steering the discussion away from how my clients feel and toward how they think (including their attitudes toward their partners â feelings). My clients keep trying to drive the ball back into the court that is familiar and comfortable to them, where their inner world is the only thing that matters. For decades, many therapists have been attempting to help abusive men change by guiding them in identifying and expressing feelings. Alas, this well-meaning but misguided approach actually feeds the abuserâs selfish focus on himself, which is an important force driving his abusiveness. Part of why you may be tempted to accept 'The Boiler Theory of Men' is that you may observe that your partner follows a pattern where he becomes increasingly withdrawn, says less and less, seems to be bubbling gradually from a simmer to a boil, and then erupts in a geyser of yelling, put-downs, and ugliness. It looks like an emotional explosion, so naturally you assume that it is. But the mounting tension, the pressure- cooker buildup of his feelings, is actually being driven by his lack of empathy for your feelings, and by a set of attitudes that we will examine later. And he explodes when he gives himself permission to do so."
This book is a top recommendation of mine, as a therapist.
I like the black and white version, and that's all I've been aiming for in the process. But I tried to give the picture a little color.
