five million years ago i was in the byu bookstore and i found. well. there's no other way to describe it than a furry take on the book of mormon. or at least it covered 1 nephi, maybe 2 nephi too. idk. it was a fully illustrated book i think. nephi and his family were lions. jeremiah was also there and he was. sigh. jeremiah was a frog. anyway please tell me SOMEONE else remembers this and i'm not crazy

how is it that jesus dies midday friday and is alive sunday morning and everyone says he was dead three days what is this

poor reading comprehension. all the bible passages prophesying or recounting the resurrection, as well as the apostles' and nicene creeds, only ever say that he rose on the third day, not that he was dead for three whole days. when you read that with the same level of attention many christians apply to the bible, you can get the idea that Jesus was dead for three days.
