what a deal.
And then your hip would break because their medical staff is garage and they donāt have the same regulations as over so no youāre back to square one you fucking tool
that is american propaganda used to justify their lack of a working healthcare system. itās not true and even if it was what good would having slightly better healthcare do if itās only accessible by the richest members of society?
Americans really think they are the only country that has quality anything, and itās pathetic.

The US is in the top tier of the Human Development Index but drops a tier in the Inequality-adjusted HDI.
And @bubobubosibericus our army also sucks. We have a larger military than the next ten biggest combined and it takes up the federal spending that nationalizing healthcare and ending homelessness (we donāt call it ārough sleepingā not just because weāre rude and donāt do euphemisms, but because we have āthird worldā abject poverty in the US) would take ten times over. Except that the military isnāt nationalized, itās largely privatized. Private industry, some of it extranational, makes and develops our equipment. When weāre at war, which is always now, a lot of private companies (and the Republican and Democratic politicians theyāve bribed) make a lot of money while our economic weight in the UN and other supranational organizations makes it impossible for the US to be externally punished for its many war crimes and other abuses. We also have too much crap we would need to fight a modern war when all we fight (and would ever conceivably fight due to nuclear weapons) is a postmodern war. The last modern war we fought was to protect Quwaitās oil fields under Bush and when we tried fighting Iraq again under the next Bush we āwonā the first blitz/bombing, but then had to fight insurgent militias (that we created and even armed in not a small amount of cases) and all of that was useless. We also sell expensive equipment to nations that either also donāt need it or, like Saudi Arabia, use it for war crimes. Also thereās a good Last Week Tonight with John Oliver about our nuclear stockpile. We havenāt modernized it or maintained it very well at all probably because we donāt expect to ever use it. Our military is bloated and expensive and not any more effective than any other military of a developed nation and all it does is rob the American people of social welfare, enrich politicians and private companies, and commit war crimes in developing nations in the course of wars it canāt win. I also wouldnāt call defeating ISIL a victory because we created it in the first place and abandoned our Kurdish allies. Expensive and ineffective like our healthcare.
