First of all, a pregnant woman being asaulted or hit by a car or even tricked into taking abortion pills can press charges for murder or manslaughter if the baby dies inside of her. Only live things can be murder. If the baby isnt killed in an abortion, then a baby in the same pregnancy term is not actually killed when the morher is assaulted or tricked, and such charges are unjustified, as you only got rid of “a cluster of cells”. Before bringing up the argument, check inconsistencies with the law.

This brings up an interesting question; at what point does an embryo become legally recognized as a separate person, so someone killing the mother would be committing two murders?

Y’all conveniently forget that there are women who abuse the system and use abortion as a form of birth control. Which means all of our taxpayer dollars are going into shit like this without our consent. Either women need to be more educated and given the explicit option to acquire the MANY forms of actual birth control & or abortion should be strictly confined to special circumstances under moderation. 🤷🏽‍♀️
