Idk What Im Doing Here

Sometimes i sit here and think about all the things that would disappear if i decided too. Bills, my trauma, myself hatred, feeling like im going to be fired because i have severe depression and decide i need a day to myself, being a burden in peoples lives. Im so unwell right now im thinking about this more than i ever have and i dont know how to tell someone with out it being something taken lightly like im not serious or someone dropping me off for a 72hr visit.

Trying to find ways to help me not get overwhelmed at work because of my bpd i have the tendency to say fuck it and leave when it feels like life is raw dogging me and i just add to it by quitting my job. So I am starting gravity falls while i knit a book cover for @crankshaftcowboy to try and calm my mind. 💗
