Yesterday was my birthday I turned 21 .Suddenly i decided to post this on my instragram and i was very afraid what other people will think or say but when i woke up today i find that my friends are very very supportive. Im sooo happy right now!!

I just wanna submit my story about this so that others who wanna come out can see that it might not be as scary as we think (i live in a country that not quite open for lgbt+ btw. We dont even celebrate pride month here😕) . But if you dont wanna come out its also absolutely fine! What i wanna say is just do whatever makes you happy :)

As it’s Pride month and as I don’t think people realise the Pride flag has been adapted a lot over time (I’ve seen over 20 versions so far). I thought it would be nice to shine a light on a few of the alternative versions of the Pride flag. As a community, we should be working together to battle inequality. POC don’t feel part of our community so if having the More Color More Pride flag helps even slightly then please don’t stand in anyone’s way. It’s not replacing the Gilbert flag, just like none of these flags have replaced it. Also, just consider this comment I found on FB: ‘The “But we don’t need it because it already represents everyone” complaints sound very much like the straight people who are uncomfortable with the attention we get and try to put on straight pride.’

Demigirl Pride Day <3

Wanted to do something for my day and I love seeing how others express their gender. Not much of a selfie demigal, but you gotta celebrate somehow! (Mind the persnickety dog)

This was one of the first flags I made (and it shows). The stripes are cut badly and the thread doesn’t match the felt and up against the new soft pastel flags I make and it just look unprofessional, BUT! I love it all the same! Making that flag helped me feel comfortable identifying the way I did and now I have buckets of pride! Hope everyone is feeling just as nice! Love to all you, demigenders!
