It's Transformation Tuesday! For anyone reading this, it can be done without Yo-Yo dieting. There comes a time when age/hormones will say, "Girl stop. I ain't stunting your craziness", lol. And the weight on the scale WON'T budge. It's got to be a lifestyle change.. .....You can run through my Instagram. I don't use filters on my progress pics/videos. I didn't even use make-up on my Final 250kchallenge pics. Nope. Each of my progress updates, I'm still me, looking healthy. I'm not doing well timed headshots/poses. That belly is ALL me, all the time, haha. I'm being blunt, because I know there are folks out there who will take yo-yo dieting to an unhealthy point. Don't.
