Mix the mushrooms and flour together by sprinkling it on top. Slowly add the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth while stirring all the time. Put the diced ham in the pan and cook it until it's hot all the way through. Turn down the heat and add the sour cream. Warm the stroganoff up without making it boil. Add pepper and salt to taste.
