This is my favorite Midnighter and Apollo series! It is the Midnighter and Apollo mini series issues #1 to #6, by Steve Orlando (2016). In this series, Apollo's soul has been stolen and taken to Hell by the Demon Lord Neron, in order to lure Midnighter into a trap. Midnighter literally goes to hell and sacrifices his life and soul to go rescue him.
Unfortunately, Tumblr post limits won't allow me to post the entire comic, but I highly recommend this as a good read. They are so cute and just as crazy for each other as our beloved Clark and Bruce, except in these comics, they are allowed to kiss and have some x rated fun time after saving the day 😉🫶🏻

One of my favorite comic couples and one of my favorite comic series ever. I am honored to own two monoprints from this run by the great artist Fernando Blanco. I’m a sucker for love and those willing to walk into Hell to get it back. But also Apollo rescues Midnighter right back so I love that he was not just some complete damsel in distress.
