I can see the argument that Aemond kissing Alicent was assault (and Alicent is assaulted way too often), but I think it's one of those cases that is really blurry and it seems unfair to me that people have started labeling Aemond as a rapist for this, and acting as if this scene was equivalent to Aegon raping the maid. The point of the Aemond and Alicent scene is that Alicent is manipulating him and playing with his emotions, and framing Alicent as a completely innocent victim of her son's incestuous desire is silly when it's clear that she's using their emotionally incestuous relationship to manipulate him and is then confronted by the logical conclusion of her actions. She doesn't reject the kiss, or moves aside before it happens, and despite her disgust she lets him think that she loves him in the way he's asking her to. Again this scene is Alicent manipulating him, and I think her disgust is partially caused by the realization that she has caused Aemond to have those desires towards her AND realizing that shes willing to use this desire for her own ends. Which is why she didnt move or try to avoid it. You can tell the exact moment she realizes what he is going to do, and you can see her make the choice of letting it happen because it works for her manipulation. I think it's a very complex scene that says a lot about both of them, and framing either of them as the undeniable victim or the perpetrator is a disservice to both their characters.
