So basically I have been considering doing commisions in exchange for a donation to any relevant, BLM related fundraiser/charity. Full disclosure: I’ve never done commissions before and i have NO clue if anyone would be interested, SO!

I see this all the time especially with art trades and commissions etc: “Seeking High-Quality Art Only!!”

Well what the fuck does that mean. Art is subjective. You know it cuts like a fucking knife to be told as a kid getting into art communities online, that, “sorry, your art is low-quality” (hell even as an adult it hurts and yes it still happens). It doesn’t offer constructive criticism or a goal for the artist to work towards, because what is “high-quality” and how can they aim for that?
