I wrote this song to calm myself down while I was going through a difficult time. 

I was so lucky to have Estelle’s help on this, I drew a lot of inspiration from her advice, and from songs she shared with me that she found calming. 

Tragic death of Philando Castile affected the whole community, not only his friends and family. When something like this happens to a decent man, you know everybody can be next. No matter how good you are, how loved or how rich you are, you are always in danger of being killed just because police officer is prejudiced and fears for his life when a black person is reaching for his wallet.

They just kicked the door down and started shooting them.

They shot at her not the other way around and when they saw her son running they shot him too. 

They deactivated her social Media so that no one could see the truth. 

They refused to release the bodycam footage.
