The school year started today, and again, a lot have happened.

It was a nice day. My friends gave me souvenirs from their trips, so I got those cute butterfly earrings, and the cat bus from totoro. I gave my friend his bracelets back and saw my friends again, so it was nice.

Edit: I totally forgot but tomorrow I have my first volleyball practice of this year. I'm really excited, I've practice a lot this summer and even went to a volleyball camp and although I'm not very good, I feel more confident. I changed groups for the older girls' team and I'll be with my friends, and we will also get our positions. I wanna be a libero, I'm really good at recieves.

all amazing advice, but on the keys between your fingers one,

don’t do that!!!

don’t put your keys between each finger:

if you hit someone with them, it will bend back and hurt your knuckles

you need to be facing an attacker in order to hit them, so if someone attacks you from behind you won’t have the upper hand

it isn’t sturdy, so if you punch someone, it will move (it will hurt, but it’s not ideal)

instead, hold your longest key in your fist like this (it’s just a quick sketch, hope it gets the point across) (sorry if i described it badly, can anyone else describe it better for the blind peeps?)

if you hold it this way

it’s sturdier, meaning it will do more damage, and won’t bend back, hurting you

and you can hit an attacker from any direction, even if they come from behind

Wow, I haven't been here in a long time.

So much things have happened.

I am now a member of my school's volleyball team, and i might actually have a talent. I learn really fast and the girls are all really nice, they help me and compliment me and talk to me in breaks and after, and it helps me stay motivated.

I'm afraid I'm becoming a volleyball idiot lol.

I started seeing a psychologist, and I'm actually trying to help myself and open up to her.

I had 3 panic attacks. 2 were in 2 weeks, and one of them was really bad. Art was the trigger. I can't make art anymore, especially drawing. I decided to take a break. I wont take a part in the exhibition and I don't think I will continue my art classes next year, but they can save my place so that's okay.

My psychologist wants me to go to a psychiatrist to give me pills for my mood swing and now for the panic attacks.

I became friends with this cute boy, daniel (yes, another daniel) and then his friends too and they are all really amazing, especially daniel. He's struggling with anorexia and I try to help him, and he's helping me too.

My uncle and cousins came to visit from the USA, and I haven't seen them in 3 years so it's really cool. I missed them.

One of them is my age and were really similar in our looks and personality too, and we're really touchy so we're almost always holding hand or just a finger or resting our head on the other. Her older sister is really nice and doesn't like touch, but she's fun.

So much has been happening, wow.

But I'm here again!

And I know it probably doesn't matter to anyone, but I'm writing this mostly for myself.
