I believe it was a 5+1 type of fanfic, that went something like “5 times Vox put up with Alastor driving him crazy, and 1 time he didn’t.” It was really dumb and silly, took place during season 2 where Alastor is captured and tied to the chair, and he would do shit like wake Vox up in the night going “Vox. Vox. Voooooooooox. I’m hungry” and then Vox had to order meat from the butcher for him lest he go on some kind of hunger-induced rampage that Vox had apparently experienced in the distant past lol. Or roll around on the chair to entertain himself and crash into Vox’s shelf full of expensive liquor, making it all come crashing down. 😆

In the end Vox gets so fed up with Alastor that he takes him back to the Hazbin Hotel willingly to get him out of his (proverbial) hair. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE FIC WAS CALLED but I do have a screenshot of one single excerpt from it which I will attach. 😂

The screenshot is from April 13th, the fic MAY have been written around that time but I have no idea. Had to be after season 2 aired tho.

thank you for your comprehensive description, and the screenshot. it made finding this really easy. the logic in finding fics is you pick what tags the work absolutely must have, what tags it just cant have, what the description might possibly have contained. then, you look at each description. if it looks promising, you open it, show the entire work and then look for a quote you remember from the work to confirm if it is a match or not!

for this fic, what worked was i looked in tags for hazbin, vox and alastor, made sure to exclude radioapple fics, put "five things" in the "within results" search and its literally the third result down!
