neil, instantly in fight or flight: why what's up there?????

I'm thinking about how much Andrew was in deneil about having feelings for Neil. I mean, It's funny to think about it; him having butterflies in his tummy while watching neil or getting a racing heart just to say; nah... just the meds. He totally did daydream about kissing Neils scar, just pretend it's just delusion coming from his meds.
