So, I think sometimes we (I ) used to stray from certain foods/ drinks because of the #ideals and negative connotations placed by society on what we consume. I’ve noticed that some of our #highlynutritious #foods like the simple #berry or #cherry, have a “dirty - stamp” tagged to the name. Cherry makes me think #cherrybomb . We see cherries and berries stamped on every #youngthings #backside so , in the back of our minds they are pushed aside. Not realizing that we’ve pushed them aside in #reallife .... these #sweettreats #need to be a #consistentsource of #antioxidants and #vitamins in our #dailydietes. They provide the ability to #preventcancer & provide #hearthealth.
