So apparently Target is selling small cards against humanity expansion packs! They have fantasy, WWE, etc. but most importantlyâŚ
the retail pack.
now look at this:
this says i get an instant 1$ rebate. and itâs on the inside. that mean i get a dollar back instantly! now just how exactly did they do that?
they put a dollar inside. a literal actual dollar. imagine my reaction when i saw a dollar inside of this little package, cause it was literally the first thing i saw.
When i saw the post that said they hid a card inside the lid of the âbigger blacker boxâ i was a bit skeptical.
I am no longer skeptical.
the people that make this game are absolutely ridiculous.
(btw, the pack cost 4$. 3$ if you count the dollar you get back)
Always believe whatever Cards Against Humanity say when they tell you something about a pack. These are the people who sold literal Bullshit on Black Friday back in 2014.

For those of you who donât know, Made With Code is an initiative run by Google, to try to encourage girls and young women around the world to become computer scientists. Today, they have something up on their website called Coded With Love. Itâs a little station where you can create your own custom heart. You donât need any actual coding knowledge to do it, but there are several ways to make it your own, through color, fill, design, and animation. This is the one I made. Iâd love to see all of you add your hearts to this one, so we can spread some love, and show people what Made With Code is, and what itâs doing.
My good friend @amthecoat-blog is a computer scientist, and he thinks everyone should learn at least a little coding. While I donât know much yet, his passion for computer science makes it fun for me, so this is something near and dear to both of us. I canât wait to see what all of you come up with. Happy Valentineâs Day. <3
One of my friends posted this on Facebook, so Iâm putting it up here. Beautiful.

Vampire Numbers
Do you vant to learn about vampire numbers? Vampire numbers are numbers of even length that can be factored into two integers of equal length, both of which are comprised of the digits from the original number, and neither of which contain trailing zeroes. The two integers are called the fangs. Â For example,Â
1260 = 21 x 60
1260 is the vampire number, 21 and 60 are its fangs. Â
1395 = 15 x 93
1395 is the vampire number, 15 and 93 are its fangs.
Vampire numbers can also have multiple fangs. Â For example,Â
125460 = 204 x 615 = 246 x 510
There are even prime vampire numbers, where the fangs are both prime numbers. Â The smallest example is 117067:
117607 = 167 x 701Â

First time for everything.
The Ellipsis is a Mathematicianâs Best Friend.
One of my favorite things about taking higher level math courses is the fact that you learn how to write finite things with undetermined numbers of objects. For example, how to write a set with n elements in it, where n is a natural number, or the summation of those n elements. Going into it, it seems like it might be a daunting task, but really, itâs simple. You just use an ellipsis. The ellipsis (denoted: ...) is the mathematical equivalent of etc. It basically means âthe pattern repeats.â So a set with n elements is written as {a1, a2, ..., an} (pretend the numerals are subscripts), and the summation would be a1+a2+...+an. You have no idea if there are three elements or three thousand, so the ellipsis is necessary to denote that continuation until you reach the nth element.
You can also use it for infinite sets that follow patterns. Solutions of a function, for instance. You may have a solution set to a function that has an alternating positive-negative pattern. So you might write something like this: {1, -2, 3, -4,...}. Or you could have integers alternating with fractions, like this: {1, 1/2, 3, 1/4,...}. Perhaps you have both: {1, -1/2, 3, -1/4,...}.
It works for sets that are just really big, too. Say you want the set of all real numbers. You could write it like this: R={..., -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, ...}. The set of natural numbers would be: N={1, 2, 3, ...}. If you wanted every number from -500 to 500 (inclusive) in your set, you wouldnât want to write or type out all of those integers, so you could just use {-500, -499, ..., 499, 500}.
Basically, the ellipsis is one of the most important mathematical short hands, since there are some things that you just canât write without it, and others that would take a lot more time and effort to write without it. It seems like such a small thing to get excited about, three little dots on a page, but when youâre writing proofs with these kinds of sets and summations, itâs cool to know that those three little dots are what make it possible.
