It is really sad. And it’s so easy to get bogged down in the numbers game, but honestly most of the people who follow me, I never hear from again and I’m sure it’s the same for lots of people. I see mutuals asking for interaction, but I never see them interact with me or anyone else. It does start at home, in a way, but I absolutely cannot understand why people don’t like posts. Why bother following someone? Are you seriously scrolling so fast you can’t stop to click that heart? It drives me bananas, honestly. People have no trouble coming into your ask box on anon when they’re upset with you, so why can’t they like the things that make them happy instead? I’ll keep liking and reblogging and commenting and generally making a pest of myself to the people I follow because *SHOCK GASP* I follow them for a reason and enjoy their work and want to appreciate it. All we can do is hope that other people do the same, and much love to those who do!

So true! I always try to leave a like. I follow so many simblrs getting caught up may take some time, but I try to do that anyway. what is more fun than to see someone left so many hearts ? I know I like it. I have follower who come and like everything and man it feels good. I post for me, but others seeing it , liking it and maybe even sharing it, re blogging it to others it feels good. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t want others to see my posts.  It doesn’ t take long, click the heart ♥

It saddens me people leave over low notes too, and anons are an issue as well. Honestly its partially a reason why I don't post often and why I'm putting off my story so much. It's scary to know that you could put something out there that someone hates, thinks you copied from someone else, or just doesnt want to see it or read it in general. Putting yourself out there is scary for a lot of people though, and I can imagine it's still scary for the bigger simblrs and creators too, because you just don't know. You don't know who these people are, and that makes me realize that being kind, especially in a community with children and teens, really matters. A note could mean so much more to somebody than just a note, and a reblog or a comment could mean so much more than just words on a screen to them too. I try to like every post I come across because not only do I know this is an issue, but I know what its like!
