I had an unclear idea for what I wanted to do for Pride Month art with my Commander/Wayfinder (Commfinder lol) but I surprised myself once I sat down to draw it!
I guess I will make a few more with my other characters in this kind of art nouveau inspired style.
The flag colors behind Michael are from aromantic and asexual flag!
HappyΒ JuneΒ andΒ happyΒ Pride,Β everyone! If there's any month where I actually make my announcement post on time, this is the one to do it - next Saturday (June 6th) will be the first Saturday of a new month, which means it's time for another art party hosted by my guild, [VS] Verdant Shield!
For those not familiar, art parties are a concept carried over from Final Fantasy XIV: in-game get-togethers for artists of all kinds to hang out, chat, and create together! For GW2 parties thereβs more of an emphasis on hanging out and gathering references during the party itself, and then in the days/weeks following to work on your creations at your own pace and then post to the shared art party tag. Weβve used the same one (#VSArtParty) since the very beginning so you can go allll the way back and explore what people have made! The most important thing to keep in mind though is this:Β the βgoalβ of an art party isnβt toΒ beΒ drawn, but to draw others, and share with the community!
Time and /squadjoin information is below the cut, but will also be posted again on the day of the party as squads go up!

I've decided to make the Lion's Arch Gate in Gendarran Fields the Official June/Pride Party Locationβ’, since it's a spot that Tyria Pride marchers have passed through every year, and will pass through again later this month during the event! It's super easy to get to via either the literally-right-there Cornucopian Fields Waypoint, or by walking north out of Lion's Arch (Trader's Forum Waypoint would be closest)!

As always, thereβll be two parties - the first one on EU servers and the second on NA ones - with an hour break in between!
The EU server party will begin at 9pm Central European Summer Time (aka 3pm Eastern Daylight Time or 5 hours before in-game reset).Β Iβll be hosting this one on my EU alt account, so please either /whisper or /squadjoinΒ Paranomalous PlexxiΒ for a taxi invite if you donβt end up on the right map!
The NA server party will begin 1 hour after the EU partyβs official end, at 7pm Eastern Daylight Time (aka 1am Central European Summer Time orΒ 1 hour beforeΒ in-game reset).Β Iβll be on my main account for this one, so please /whisper or /squadjoinΒ KirslynΒ for a taxi invite if you donβt see my customary white cat tag hanging around on your map!

Wow, I somehow never posted this one here - I saw fan speculation earlier about how the gw2 (?) teaser from today might be a cleansed Orr! :O Which reminded me of this older art I was inspired to paint shortly after finishing the Knight of the Thorn questline.
It involves one of my headcanons where Trahearne brings Malyck to a cleansed Orr, after the Firstborn cleanses Malyck from Mordremoth's corruption (this headcanon takes place after Heart of Thorns).
Enya's Astral Ward AU version. A different Enya from an alternate Tyria where she's part of the Astral Ward as a Rift Hunter and where she lives in a dorm together with KirΓ³ and three others: Soraya, Ove and Tibbok.
Her partner is KirΓ³ who's a field medic and astronomy student who patches her up both mentally and physically, after a long hard fight, with lots of love. π₯Ίπ
I really need to flesh this whole AU out because I'm having such a blast coming up with ideas and scenario's I really would like to visualize...
