So I’ve recently started my first 9-5 job, and it’s taken its toll on my gym routine. I'm feeling heavy and fat, so it's time to get back the body I loved! I've been trying out the 5-2 diet where I have two fast days a week whilst I can't gym as much as I'd like. I've also got a fitbit, something else to keep me motivated. So, in my first two weeks, I've lost a kg and reduced my body fat content, which is awesome! For now I'm going to keep dieting and gym where I can.
