i live with my wife and three other trans women. we've never struggled that badly to make rent, just had to ask for help with food occasionally. four of us are employed but making minimum wage or just above, but we're all disabled.

that all changed fairly recently. one of my roommates, her disability flared up badly. she's trying to figure out what happened but in the meantime she's on a leave of absence from work.

what's worse, my other roommates had back to back vacations (planned well in advance of this), and i had a furlough week due to the fourth of july.

now we're struggling to make rent this month, and likely next month as well until my roommate can figure out what's wrong, and if there's any sort of accommodations she can get.

Help a Disabled Trans Woman Pay Her Phone Bill

Hello! My name is Aria and I have unfortunately been having a terrible time dealing with my disability at work lately. My phone bill has caught up to me and I am unable to work the hours to afford it.

I'm setting the goal at $300 so I can afford a tank of gas as well, but just hitting the about $210 I need to pay the bill would be incredible help. I would prefer if you commissioned me instead of just donating, but any help is greatly appreciated.
