“Why…? Ah…well….hm….” There was a lot of things he did that were always simply instinctive…not much of a reason why. But most things he learned lately, always had a purpose. But often times, he would always go back to the root of his personality–just simply living the life he wanted–living in a way in which he could bring peace and have fun at the same time. In this situation…he couldn’t really find a reason.

“Heh heh…to be honest…I’m really not sure why I brought it up now. I guess…I just really wanted to see you smile again. It’s always a nice sight, you know? Your position puts too much burden on you. And it’s comforting to see it, despite all you go through.”

“Sorey...”

She muttered to herself as she couldn’t help but blush from such an honest sentence. Slowly she shook her head and looked away a bit, only long enough to force the blush away from her face so that she could have a bit more confidence at least in the way she stood before him.

“–Huh? Oh…sorry, was I being inappropriate?” Though he was uncertain of how he sounded, he still did so with a smile towards the other princess knight. “Heh, sorry, must have come out wrong. I just thought I’d compliment you, Alisha. I’ll be honest, I…always thought you were cute even when we first met. Funny thing is, it’s only been maybe a week, a few days more than that, that I discovered Zestiria. My first Tales of game was Symphonia. I thought it was amazing, but I kind of forgot the Tales of series existed at some point, because I was a broke teenager who had no money to buy games. And by the time I got to that point, I forgot about the other Tales of games, so I’m trying to catch up.

Though I didn’t care much for Symphonia: Dawn of the new world.

Most people don’t.

I’ve heard that Berseria is connected to Zestiria, I wanted to play that, after I’m done with Zestiria.

I’ll keep that in mind.

That’s very unfortunate. I’m sure I still have a ways to go before I’m finished with the game, but I already don’t like where it’s headed. I still plan to see it through. I have more Tales of games I wish to venture through, as well.
