ONE TRAIN MAY HIDE ANOTHER

friday night plans are take an edible and get pizza from the place on the corner and most importantly have fun and be myself

it struck me as a little odd to see greg being sentimental / sweet in the finale saying he's gonna miss the contestants like ok.... you've never said this before about any previous series (during the actual show i mean) but my feeling is there was such a severe lack of chemistry that it hindered any jokes from developing organically so he had to resort to giving them a participation certificate

also taskmaster has occupied a very special place in my heart for many years so as a contestant if you think you're above the show it's difficult to win me over but i find that i don't mind when people are low effort as long as they're funny about it... and in the case of series 21, it was boring because they were all mediocre and not that funny to me and the worst crime is being boring, more so than being apathetic. like at least give me something! and it pains me to say this because the show is like my dear friend but sometimes your dear friend gets into a relationship with some loser and you just have to wait it out because you love them

as a casual enjoyer of britcom i did not realise richard ayoade was such a divisive figure but i'm listening and learning 🗒️✍️
