I did two 4 minute Tabata workouts this morning. All you need is a sports bra, running shoes, and determination. My time is embarrassing but I'm going to keep going. #chalene7day #chaleneday4 Today is day four, but really day 3 for me. My body needed a rest day so I gave it one. 😁 My abs hurt when I inhaled so...yeah...over worked something the day before but it's better after a day of rest. 😊💃 Tonight my run felt amazing. I think I might be an endurance athlete. #wishfulthinkingmaybe My runs/workouts are painful until 20-30mins in and then I find my stride and it feels comfortable. Which pushed me to run an extra interval tonight. 👍 I'm going to fit in some slow-ish jump roping once I get the boys in bed to finish up day 4's sixty minutes of low intensity cardio requirement. 💪❤💋 I did not take the day off from clean eating...so the scale looked good this morning! 👌😍 Bottom left graphic is a repost from @jendelvaux 's feed. Using a whole foods plant based diet I've been able to drop my BMI from 42 to 27.5. 😳😭😊Only 15lbs away from having a normal BMI. ❤ Yes, I've cheated along the way. I still do. But when I cheat I only cheat myself, and my health suffers. I always feel absolutely disgusting (I hate sweating!! Eww!) & glowingly beautiful after a workout. 🎀Photo was taken after 70mins of sweating and pushing my body to its limits.
