- loves to pick you up and spin you around whenever he gets the chance. he just loves you so much and wants you to smile and laugh and be happy.

- stupid good at making you feel special. even if he doesn’t mean to.

- takes you out on vacations a lot. it’s a nice way to relax and spend time with you, since he doesn’t get to that often.

- rambles about you to oyster whenever he has the chance. sometimes unintentionally. he does it so much that she knows what he’s gonna say. “yes you love s/o so much. you love them so much. yes, you think they’re amazing. we get it. everyone get’s it, captain. you love s/o SO much.”

- “i would die for you” “please don’t do that”

- gets jealous easily, but always brushes it off. he kind of complains to himself about it and goes about his day. he tries not to let it get to him too much.

- places an undying trust in you. he’s never really had anyone to share his thoughts or feelings with, and his friendships are few in number. when you came along, he didn’t automatically open up to you, but he did slowly start to rely on you the more time he spent with you.

- “let me tell you about that dumbass custard cookie.”

- rants to you about the other council members. almost every day. they get on his nerves a lot, so most of the time he tries to avoid them. alas, though, he has not succeeded as of late.

- “look s/o!” “caviar, what did i tell you about bringing home crabs.” “let’s name him steven.” “ok caviar. goddamnit.”

- his hugs are literally the best. he usually hugs you from behind and lifts you up a little bit. they’re a little tight but very comfortable.

- always brings you gifts or jewelry from his adventures. everything beautiful he sees on his journeys remind him of you.

- he acts mad whenever you wear his coat, but in reality it’s the cutest thing he’s ever seen. he might just let you keep it on for a day.

- whenever it rains he gets all excited and asks if you want to go outside. he just wants to dance with you in the rain and throw rocks at birds and then laugh for no reason.

- whenever you’re around it’s like it eases his soul. you make him feel at home, as if he had never lost himself to the past. you remedy him in ways he cannot explain and he’s forever grateful for it.

- he always looks at you so lovingly. sometimes the watchers will catch on, but they won’t say anything about it when he’s there.

- isn’t one for pda but he does like to hold your hand and loosely intertwine his fingers with yours. occasionally lets you borrow his cloak because it’s usually so cold.

- has a deep rooted fear of losing you. he sometimes fears that he won’t be there to protect you and that you’ll get hurt without him knowing. he trusts you though, and tries to dismiss his fears.

- likes to lay his head on your shoulder and listen to you talk. about anything. he’s happy as long as he gets to hear your voice.

- breakfast in bed <3 !! literally everyday. when you wake up he always has something ready for you.

- often has nightmares about something bad happening to you. he knows that you’re safe, but what if one day he slips up and he can never see you again? what if he’s too late? what if someone is trying to take you from him? he’s paranoid about it to an unhealthy level.

- whenever you’re sick he makes sure no one disturbs you, and that you have everything you need. he might get sick too because he’s around you the entire time.

- tries to do really casual things with you like go out on dates in town, but then everyone is like “IS THAT THE KING??? WHY IS HE HERE” and it isn’t really an enjoyable experience. so most times he stays inside the castle to avoid any attention or concern.

apple cookie adores you! you always take her out to fun places or take care of her when she’s hurt, sometimes you both make meals together; she overall thinks you’re fun and really sweet! no matter what the time is, she’s always around you, smiling and asking what you want to do.

strawberry crepe cookie always drops by your place, no matter how much they say they don’t want to be there. they can’t really remember their parents or if they even had any, so they think of you as the closet thing to one. sometimes licorice or dark choco drop them off after missions because they won’t shut up about wanting to see you. sc gets into a lot of fights with apple, mainly because they keep trying to pop her balloons.

walnut cookie usually goes over to your house whenever she’s hungry or to investigate something. she thinks your food is the best! especially the desserts you make. she’s always wandering around, pretending that she’s investigating a mystery or finding a culprit. walnut will sometimes rope you and the others into this, but you don’t necessarily mind. she really looks up to you and aims to help everyone just like you do!

peppermint cookie is always excited to see you whenever they get back from their journeys. they always bring you gifts or tell you stories, with walnut tagging along because she wants to hear stories as well. sometimes sobert shark cookie tags along too, trying to chat with you or showing you all the cool things they can do. since you don’t see peppermint that often, you always try to prepare something nice for them when they arrive home.

affogato is very good at knitting! his mother used to teach him how to knit gloves and sweaters all the time. he likes to make things for his s/o whenever he has the time, or if a special occasion is coming up (like their birthday, an anniversary, a holiday, etc). he does struggle now and then, but the final result is worth it in the end.

dark cacao definitely isn’t the best when it comes to knitting, having messed up and pricked his fingers and hands multiple times. instead he prefers watching others knit. he appreciates the skill, and while it’s something he can’t do, he does think of a lot of ideas for what to knit things into and what to create. if his s/o likes to knit, he’d definitely tell them a few of his ideas.

caramel arrow is terrible at knitting, but still tries her hand at it anyways. her aim is to become better at it, so that she has something to do in her very rare spare time. most of her creations are either half-way finished, works in progress, or turn out very poorly. nonetheless, she really likes to do it and wants to practice. and because she wants to make her s/o really cute plushies.

crunchy chip isn’t as good as affogato at knitting, but he is fairly decent. he picked it up when he saw a few kids doing it for some sort of gift program. ever since then, he’s been interested in knitting (and most crafting/artistic skills). he’s made a few toys for his cream wolves and some for the kids around the kingdom. he’d literally melt if s/o were to ask him to make one for them. it’d be the best thing he’s made yet.
