Smoke break

Shane and Jay got closer and ended up sleeping together, Their smoking had seriously increased and were now smoking in bed. They were always surrounded by cigarettes.

They were also smoking on the way to training. They couldn't help smoking all the time.

During training, they both desperately wanted to smoke.

At the end of their training session, they couldn't help but light up.

Coach wasn't happy and suspended them for 2 weeks to sort themselves out.

Instead of going home, Shane and Jay decided to go out for a drink. They met a man who looked familiar. He offered them a cigarette.

Shane and Jay realised that this was the 'smoking man' who got them started.But rather than being mad, they just laughed and realised that they were happier now and loved smoking. They walked home knowing that they were never giving up.

They spent the next 2 weeks falling deeper into their smoking addiction and deeper for each other.

They were never without a cigarette and were now so addicted, smoking multiple cigarettes was common for them. They never played football professionally again and never been happier.

Shane woke up the next day and couldn't believe he'd smoked a whole pack of cigarettes last night. He had training in the morning and as promised, he wasn't going to smoke again. Training went well and he felt his normal self.

On the way home, Shane stopped at some traffic lights. Next to him was a guy smoking. The guy looked familiar and just smiled at Shane. Who was he? Wondered Shane. As he drove off, Shane suddenly felt an overwhelming urge to smoke. He tried to ignore it, but it was too much. Shane decided that he could just buy one more pack to get over these urges. Surely they would subside after just one more he thought. Shane got the new pack and sparked up straight away driving home.

When Shane got home, he was chilling on the sofa and decided he could have just one more cigarette. But the cravings kept coming and he ended up smoking again and again. His inhales were now deeper and longer.

The next few days the same thing happened. He'd go training and promise himself he wouldn't smoke, but found himself buying cigarettes again and smoking all evening. Shane ended up buying a carton.

One night there was a knock at the door. One of his teammates had come to visit.

His teammate Jay came in, initially shocked to find Shane smoking, but told Shane that he couldn't remember what he did last night and he felt really strange. When Shane offered Jay a cigarette, he took it without thinking.

Shane and Jay smoked all night together. They realised that they both had the same missing memory of an evening and afterwards they both wanted to smoke. It was strange, but they both enjoyed smoking so didn't stop.

Shane and Jay spent more time together and smoked almost non-stop. They became close mates. They kept their habit secret though. They didn't want their teammates or coach finding out.

Shane was a pro footballer. He had huge success on the field.

Walking home after training one night, he passed a man smoking next to a bar. Shane didn't like smoking so planned to walk right past.

The smoking man said hello and wanted to chat to Shane. Being polite, Shane chatted for a little while.

Suddenly, the smoking man blew smoke right into Shane's face. He felt dizzy and his mind went blank.

Shane woke up standing next to the smoking man down an alleyway. He didn't remember how he got there or what he was doing. The smoking man was being friendly and told Shane that he found him collapsed. Shane, still confused listened to the smoking man and trusted him. The smoking man offered Shane a cigarette to calm down.

Not knowing what was going on, Shane accepted a cigarette. He couldn't even remember if he smoked or not, but felt like he should listen to the man who he thought was helping him.

Shane enjoyed smoking with the man. He seemed really friendly and helpful. He still felt confused though.

Shane woke up the next morning not remembering what happened last night. He had a headache and felt strange, like a darkness had fallen over him.

Shane tried to go about his business that day. He went to the gym to try to feel normal. It didn't work, something kept bothering him.

On the way home, he passed a newsagents. He felt an overwhelming urge to go in and buy a pack of cigarettes. He decided to just see if that would help.

Outside, he couldn't wait to open the pack and smoke one. It was instant pleasure.

Back home, he felt normal again and went about his day. He still couldn't remember last night but the rest of his memories had now returned. He was looking forward to football training again and didn't plan to smoke ever again.

Later that evening, Shane was chilling on the sofa. A strange urge came over him. He wanted another cigarette. Shane was worried that it would affect his football, but decided that one more wouldn't hurt.

With nothing else to do that evening, Shane fell into a trance. He didn't stop with one cigarette like he planned, he kept smoking cigarette after cigarette. He just couldn't help himself. He realised he loved smoking, but still planned to stop when he ran out.
