speedsters can naturally heal from nerve damage so severe it paralyzes them; Barry has healed from having his organs shredded by soundwaves (I believe the term Hartley used is melting, actually, but both are horrific), not to mention their five-hour maximum recovery period from literally any broken bone or the fact that any recovery from an injury is total without even a scar…

if we follow the canonical side-effects of super-speed to its natural conclusion (rather than accepting the claim that their connection to the speed-force weakens when they age or some such nonsense), we have beings who are functionally immortal, capable of breaking through time with their completely unarmored bodies (friendly reminder that the first few trips in the waverider in legends [yknow, the machine specifically designed to shelter people from the effects of breaking through the third dimension or whatever] caused some wild side-effects while Barry’s first trip through time [just! his! body!] was at most mildly disorienting), capable of phasing through matter up to seriously absurd densities, capable of breaking various forms of matter with said phasing (hello, Jay breaking the mask Zoom muzzled him with using only his bare hand), and a crap ton of other stuff.
