You can set only one version of the background and one version of the light, you can do it the same way as in the preview (using the same colors) or mix them;
Just put selected files directly in the "mods" folder.
@merry-go-sims requested a labcoat as an accessory.
Unfortunately I’m not that familiar with making accessories and have absolutely no idea how to add morphs to it.
So this version cannot be worn by ‘overweight’ sims and is only for females. Until I find a way to add morphs, you’ll have to settle with this. I’m sorry :(

You add morphs to accessories the same way you add them to clothes, hun. :) Especially easy with CmarNYC’s Mesh Toolkit, which auto-adds morphs – in TSRW you can extract the original uniform you got that coat from and use import the .wso in the Tooklkit’s Reference Mesh section, since the outfit comes with its own morphs.

If none of your Sims are going to own this lot, I recommend locking both doors to prevent other Sims from interacting with objects in those rooms, like the computer or TV, so they’ll stay mostly on the other two floors.

Since there are some great sales on Steam right now, I finally picked up a few Stuff Packs (all of them except the Katy Perry and Movie Stuff ones). I was really excited to try out some of the new objects, and I managed to use quite a few of them in this apartment. I also ended up using a couple of Store items, which I almost never do.
