the man who groomed and abused evan rachel wood is depp's best friend. do you get it now?
I guess I just don’t understand the idea of labels being limiting. The word lesbian doesn’t limit me to dating women, being a lesbian does. The only way a label can be limiting is if you aren’t what the label describes.
Tell that to the gendies and see them implode with anger.
“The only way a label can be limiting is if you aren’t what the label describes.”
That’s exactly why trans activists find labels limiting.
we get that “all lives matter” type shit is cheesy and wrong but for some reason universalizing women’s suffering is actually cool and woke and if you don’t do it you’re actually an exclusionary bigot 🙃

if we all drop these terms maybe we'll understand the uniqueness of bodies
Post modernism is brain damage
fantastic idea. half the population will still be oppressed becasue of the type of body they're born with, but if we remove their ability to speak about it, we can pretend it's not happening!
Imagine thinking this is more urgent than abortion access
Imagine thinking that women don't all have unique bodies. Some are tall, some are short. Some a thinner, some are bigger. Women have all hues of skin, all sizes of eyes, noses, lips... All types of hair: different textures, colors, and lengths. Etc, etc, etc. However all women share a certain biological reality... being a female human being. It does not define their personalities, their interests, their preferences, or their dreams. It does, however, influence how the world treats them. Women and girls are oppressed for being female, because men want to use us, own us, and keep us under their thumb, simply for being born female. It is in no way the fault of any girl or woman, it is the fault of a patriarchal world run by exploitative men. Denying the reality of biological sex will not change the reality of women's oppression, it will just obscure women's struggle for liberation.
Gender ideology is a hindrance to women's rights.
men: hmm… what if i could leverage my wealth and power to have sex with poorer, less powerful women who don’t want to have sex with me
weirdos: this is very feminist! and not at all evil
Contrary to popular belief, feminists have always had a sharp sense of humor.
So we are just openly admitting now that "gender affirming care" is really just senseless cosmetic procedures? And the demand is driven by feeling unattractive? With the standard and influence of what's considered as attractive as being rigidly in alignment with sexist stereotypes at the sacrifice of your body? With these sexist stereotypes broadly indoctrinated into the population by mostly the porn industry, fashion industry, and Hollywood? And in turn we are for whatever reason normalizing this profit scheme into a human rights movement?
Faking orgasms, which up to 80 percent of women say they do, is a good example of how the belief that men are owed nurturing, emotional protection, and niceness from women plays out in intimate ways. A massive 2018 study found that heterosexual women have fewer orgasms than any other sexual demographic, and substantially less than heterosexual men. Women say that they fake orgasms primarily to protect the feelings and egos of their male partners. Of those women who fake orgasms, 92 percent say that they believe it contributes to higher self-esteem for their sex partner, the primary reason that 87 percent of them did it in the first place. Being careful with other people’s feelings is generally good, but not when it becomes one-way sexual entitlement.
In a searing 2018 piece titled “The Female Price of Male Pleasure,” writer Lili Loofbourow relentlessly described how normalized prioritizing male sexual pleasure is and how it relates to ignoring women’s needs and even pain. She pointed out that 30 percent of women experience vaginal pain during intercourse, 72 percent experience pain during anal sex, and yet “large proportions” never say anything to their partners. “A casual survey of forums where people discuss ‘bad sex’ suggests that men tend to use the term to describe a passive partner or a boring experience…But,” she goes on to say, “when most women talk about ‘bad sex,’ they tend to mean coercion, or emotional discomfort, or, even more commonly, physical pain.”
What does this look like in day-to-day life? Five times as many clinical trials have been conducted on the topic of male sexual pleasure, such as for erectile dysfunction, as on female sexual pain. What does this look like in terms of resources? Loofbourow, putting a fine point on the topic, looked at Pubmed, which publishes medical research studies and found 446 studies of dyspareunia, vaginismus, and vulvodynia, all highly painful conditions affecting women’s ability to have sex. Studies of erectile dysfunction? 1,954. As one doctor she quotes explains, women will silently provide sex “with their teeth tightly clenched.”
― Soraya Chemaly, Chapter 4: The Caring Mandate, Rage Becomes Her: The Power of Women’s Anger
The 2018 study she’s referring to is:
David A. Frederick et al., “Differences in Orgasm Frequency Among Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Heterosexual Men and Women in a U.S. National Sample,” Archives of Sexual Behavior 47, no. 1 (January 2018): 273–88, https://doi.org/10.1007/s10508-017-0939-z
Fuck this is sad.
And Teen Vogue is out there telling kids that anal sex is “delightful”.
Like what’s so sad about this is that if a woman’s partner has ever actually felt them orgasm they would know it can’t be faked. Meaning most of these women’s partners have never been able to do this for them so they literally don’t know what an orgasm feels like so if she’s loud enough she can pass it off as one which is absurd.

feminism as a movement should never be palatable to the mainstream or marketable, salable, because the core of real feminism is advocating to remove a huge source of revenue from existence. coom is huge business, both legal (adult pornography, strip clubs) and not (prostitution, mail order brides). the organ trafficking that is surrogacy is huge business. plastic surgery is huge business. unlike the gay rights movement, this is not a movement that can appeal to the mainstream and the free market for assistance. the most revenue-driving result of feminism is an upper class of economically empowered women providing demand for the beauty and fertility industries, and a lower class of disempowered women providing the supply to meet coom demand. and that’s what we ended up with. we allowed the free market to take the movement out of our hands and give us the only thing it can give: maximized revenue. blaming that system is futile - it is working as designed, and it was not designed for this. the blame lies with us for letting this happen, and we need to take it back. we need to develop spines and return to our roots as a movement that accomplishes material legal and social gains for women as a class
think about how hard the fossil fuel industry has fought against renewable energy, and think about the fact that while shell could at least eventually give in and begin a pivot to renewables investment, pornhub can never pivot to feminism because real feminism cannot be bought or sold. real feminism would make their revenue stream vanish. nothing to replace it, nothing to pivot to, just gone. then ask yourself how industries like these can possibly be feminist, and wouldn’t it be really convenient for them if they could instead just convince you that they were?
I think one of the biggest reasons people think “terfs” are oppressive bigots despite lack of any violent hate crimes is because people genuinely believe women insulting men’s appearances and hurting their feelings is violence.
Take being trans out of the occasion, it’s a common belief that women making fun of male tears or tiny dicks is on the same level as men literally killing and raping women: misandry vs misogyny.
I’ll never forget in Contrapoint’s JK Rowling “takedown” video, all of the “evidence” he had about how evil terfs were was… schoolyard insults. He pulled quotes of different women making fun of male pattern baldness, of stubble poking through foundation. I was like… how is this not identical to Andrew Tate MRAs screaming about how evil women are and how terrible misandry is and just pulling up jokes about male appearances?
Like before you label anyone as a bigot or oppressor, can you do 5 seconds of research and find any evidence of the claim? Women laughing at you is not violence lmao, no matter how much it hurts your feelings
Remember his video on incels and how understanding and apologetic he was towards them because of "how hard they had it, not having attention"? He believes women who do not worship male idiology to be evil but excuses male violence.
You know, like other men do.
rewires your brain, normalizes perversion/erodes morality, increases likelhood of risky sexual behavior,
Racism..
Sexualizes everyone and everything, every relationship and interaction, every word and object, and if you object to this you are a prudish fascist.
Makes you unable to empathize with rape victims
You can say women I promise
I get what you mean, and yes I think women and girls are the number one victims that should be named.
Also though I want to mention that there was a big scandal recently in the gay community that a man who engaged in BDSM rough sex scenes in porn with barely legal age young men was outed as a pedophile…Porn is terrible for every community. Its very nature is exploitative and desensitizing.
A coworker was telling me about how she's 27 and doesn't feel ready to have kids yet but feels like she has to, and i told her some anecdotes about women who had kids and regretted it & realized they don't enjoy parenting and she said "oh yeah, postpartum depression is really terrible" and I said "no, not postpartum depression. These women just were unhappy as parents, forever." and she was like "uhhhhhhh..."
While postpartum depression/psychosis is likely a very real medical thing for some people, I feel like any woman who is less than thrilled with having had kids or is overburdened with work due to a useless parasitic husband is diagnosed formally or informally with "postpartum depression" and that's actually really fucking creepy.
There are only two recognized outcomes for a woman who has had children: Full of joy and thinks her kids are the best thing that ever happened to her in her life, or has a Medical Condition (TM) that is simply preventing her from feeling that way. No room for women who figured out, maybe a bit too late, that they are the type of person who actually doesn't enjoy being a parent and wishes they didn't have kids. That type of woman doesn't exist. Because all women enjoy having kids. If they don't, they're sick.
This book is a sociopolitical analysis of many interviews with women who, as you might guess, regret having children. It's an amazing piece of research and was the reason I decided against having children. I saw myself in those women and didn't want to suffer like them. It's a quick read, not too academic. I'd definitely recommend it.

If a population of people—black people, Native people, disabled people, homosexual people, female people—want to create their own exclusive space separate from their oppressor group and this even as a concept is a threat to you, then you are not fighting for inclusivity. You are anti boundaries.

Cool studies on women
and some more
and some more
What "women sleeping their way to the top" truly means:
- Men withhold opportunities from women when there is no sex involved
- Men abuse their power to demand sex in exchange for opportunities
- Men override competence when sex is not on the table
Again, men are the problem.
