Hey there folks, so recently my dad got covid and is hospitalized and I haven't been doing all so well with that, even though I've dealt with anxiety for most of my tennager years and now as a young adult it's been incredibly complicated even with medication, so wanted to ask if anyone has like a really good post on how to deal with intrusive thoughts about parents and friends dying, cause honestly is getting debilitating and i really need to get work done 🙃
