Bionicle Takua
I am making a little Bionicle rewrite where everything is a bit more edgy, just how I like it!
Memories are a tricky thing for this Matoran.
Of course, the colors indicate that he is from Ta-Koro, surely. But that mask... a weirdo in and out of the volcano. Unable to handle that hot temperature, can't even solve simple math. He tried to fit in, maybe in Ga-Koro he would fit better, but the constant movement of the ocean made him sick and the cold water of the ocean was making him shiver day in and day out. Ko-Koro was discarded for the same reason. Po-Koro also scratched because of the hot weather. Couldn't even get into Le-Koro before falling down like a log from the trees, and his navigation skills underground, in Onu-Koro were making more problems than solving them.
Takua is one of two Matoran that "hide" their flashing core. A makeshift representation of the Three Virtues, disecred and scattered across his chest, like that would make him more like the rest.
The other one that his the light of his core, was a weirdo like him as well (an OC).
Clothes so broken down from usage, one wonders why he clings to them so vigorously, like there's something or someone of value from where they are. Pieces falling down, worn out, torn, just to get stitched together once more to retain that look. His friend (that one OC) wondered many, many times, if that's how Takua felt inside, like a broken doll needed to put back together again, and again, and again, and again. He (the OC) wondered... Was he even his friend at this point? That Matoran full of resentment and haunted by whatever he knew in other lives, now was smiley, energetic, positive in attitude, and loved helping others, even if they were the ones who casted him away like a burden to die in some ditch by some of Makuta's beasts...
At least they weren't alone. But over the centuries, that same red Matoran have forgotten a lot of stuff. At least, this last time, he seemed happier, and that seemed enough. At least for now.
