That's why I personally feel like being able to draw ropes this well is the ultimate key to making a ship feel real.

I actually always wish I could give it more of a silky feel, but you managed to make it look silky, clumped, and wavy all at once. You're literally a godβ¦ Iβve loved the way you draw hair ever since I saw your first piece.
And the reason he looks so handsome here (aside from your god-tier skills, obviously) is probably his expression.
This is him having bounced back from loss, finding a new dream and purpose, sailing with a boss he respects and friends he trusts. Heβs so full of happiness that it more than makes up for what he lost, and you can see this clear, positive confidence in him. Confidence really makes a person shineβ¦ Heβs so different from his current self, who got kicked back down to rock bottom, had everything taken away again, and had his confidence completely shattered.
Being able to portray the happiness of his past days through just one expressionβ¦ thatβs the peak of your expressive power.
Also, his eyesβ¦ the way you draw eyes is as captivating as ever. His pupils look just like large peridotsβ¦ so beautiful.π

Iβve had quite a few ideas about this since the karaoke drawing, and thanks to @ven1segt 's drawing, Iβve come up with many more.
I can say that I have ideas for Bennettβs part, and personally, his story reminded me of Jack Stauber, a singer whose some of his songs I really likeβand thatβs how this AU began
Bennett, as a borrower, started releasing music as a way to let off steam thanks to an old phone he found lying around while delivering mail. With the tripletsβ help, he learned how to use it. He didnβt expect to receive so much support from humans interested in his musicβthe sound of his voice, despite the strange lyrics and quirky instruments.
His most famous album (Yeah, I made the cover)
The weight of fame became too much for him because it had started as a hobby, so he decided to disappear from social media for good. He knew that uploading music had been a risky move, so he just threw away his phone and vanished.
Although he didnβt want to walk away from that world completely, he ended up living with a musician: Trevor.
Trevor had just started creating music again with his own lyrics and a vibe different from Bennettβs. Bennett, intrigued, became friends with Trevorβit happened more or less as in the canonβand they even sang together on occasion.
Until one day Trevor posted a vocal practice session with Bennett, and fans of both of them came together thanks to those βanonymous collaborationsβ by Bennett, which led to quite a few theories about it.
In that timeline, Bennett wouldnβt know about the existence of that video, and Trevor wouldnβt know how to tell himβwhich is the turning point in that universe.
