This chapter is gonna be a big one. We have an end to hostilities between the Empire and the Returners. We have a new spirit of cooperation to earn a lasting peace.

Or do we? With Gestahl on the precipice of defeat, is peace truly what's best?

On the plus side, though, Kefka's in jail. Somehow, this makes him even more of a dick.

It's so hard to figure out whether or not a prize is worth fighting (and losing your wager) for. I'm too much of a collector for it to be easy to let go of my items!

Did get Shadow though! And found out when I went to give all the equipment back that the Memento Ring is a Shadow Exclusive, which is very interesting 👀.

I do love this kind of storytelling, through items and environment and such. I'm also very curious to see who will fit the "Regal Gown". Yet another new character? 🤔

More Shadow dream lore! I'm gonna have to sail around to all the different cities now aren't I 👀

Still no Cyan though 😭. How is he more elusive than even Shadow??

Okay found traces of Cyan that sent me to Maranda, where he has apparently been cat-fishing the lady who was seeing that wounded soldier that died? Cyan what on earth are you doing??

I thought I was finally gonna catch him on Jidoor, buuut instead there was time for a haunted house! And a Relm at the end. But even more important! A new esper!

.... Which reminds me I completely forgot I was gonna go back to Narshe and pick up Ramuh. Oh well. Now I have something to do next time 😅
