But I digress, allow me to address the topic of interest. I am a resident of the Chesapeake Bay and this makes me really sad to see happen. Also it's worth mentioning, all the industrial waste that can be captured by watershed in those states ends up in the bay. It's not like this one thing is the only source of the bay's problems.

I don't really care about what happens to Nations. I do however care about what happens to people and the environments we inhabit. So I am trying to come up with my own solutions to maybe help fix things a little.
