I havenโt had the best couple of days mental-health-wise. The onlyย โproductiveโ thing I did was draw and create more designs for my redbubble page. Other than that Iโve just been walking aimlessly around the house or laying on my bed/the sofa. Quite sad tbh.ย
But you know what? Itโs okay. Because we canโt always be on top of our game and itโs okay to have low/bad/sad days/weeks/months. The important thing is that you pick yourself back up and it doesnโt matter how long it takes just as long as you do it. Do it at your own pace.ย
