I originally wanted to simply re-draw that one NCR poster in my style, but my hand slipped and then it turned into this.

I tried to include the most standard NCR gear: 9mm pistol, combat knife, service rifle, and the cattle prod (used by the MPs at the Strip). Granted, the NCR would probably have handcuffs, but... I wanted him tied up.

Done with watercolor and pencil.
