Probably my new favourite exercise. (other than deadlifts) Landmines. You're basically levering this heavy ass bar like some combination overhead press/Russian twist. And it totally wrecks your obliques.

I am so sorry
For such a long time since my last post. I haven't stopped exercising or anything I just haven't found the time to make any coherent posts. Or take any update photos.
Things are going great though. I've stopped losing weight and have slowly been bulking up with power lifting. Due to school and work I haven't been able to get to the gym ad often as I would like but I still try and average 3 times a week. My Deadlift is at 315lbs but has plateaued there which I'm working on. Squat is looking at about 200ish pounds, Bench is also around there as well.
My plan for now is, since I've cleared a day for myself, is to bulk until about Jan-Feb ish and then do a cut/hypertrophy until Summer. Hopefully I'll look amazing then.
I'll hopefully post pictures soon.

Great exercises but I’d be hella scared to lift a kettlebell over my face like that! I’d prefer it with one of those weighted medicine balls with the handles on both sides, or one dumbbell at very least.
I love how it highlights the muscles used throughout the lift.

How do I get started and find the motivation to get fit?
That is a really good question, and a hard one to answer.Different people have different motivations and it's really about finding what drives you to get up and go to the gym, instead of sitting there, because it really is the path of most resistance.
For me, my motivation started as me remembering, and somewhat longing for the weight I was in highschool, as well as seeing really hot guys on tumblr and the like.
Another large factor was convenience. If you're starting out, find something close to home, maybe on a grocery route or on the way too/from school/work. I found it a lot easier to convince myself to put in that little extra time while I was already out doing something I had to be doing rather than being in a state of doing nothing and deciding to go exercise. Especially if the gym is a ways away.
And making it a game of sorts is another great way to motivate yourself. Reward yourself each time you exercise, put in rules for daily events (everytime you go to the washroom do x amount of squats etc..) In fact, if you are a smartphone user there are several apps that can make this easier. Run, Zombies!! is a GPS/runkeeper style app that has you out running/jogging/cycling on various missions to protect your basecamp from zombies. And Fitocracy where you get experience points from exercise and the like and it's as close to 'leveling up' in real life as you can get.
I hope this answer helps somewhat. It really is a matter of finding what makes you want to exercise. Doesn't matter how shallow it is. Want to get fit so you can be healthy and live a long life? Fantastic. Want to workout so you can have a perfect body and be a dude/chick magnet. More power to you.

For arms: Chair dips Pushups Pullups (if you have a bar or the like)
Side tricep pushup thing (lying on your side, reach across your chest with the ground side arm and hold onto your opposite shoulder. With the other arm, place your hand chest level on the floor and push your upper body off the floor.)
For the butt: Squats Lunges Bicycles (abs too) Stairs Wall sits Single leg squats (prop one foot on a stool or something) Leg raises (from downward dog raise one leg out and straight) Glute bridges
For the obliques: Oblique v up (lying on your side at about 30° place one hand behind your head and crunch your upper body and lower body up trying to touch your thigh with your elbow Side bridge Russian twist Mason twist Sit ups (touch opposite elbow to your knee) Side scissors Reverse crunches

So for the next little while
I will only have access to a gym with no power rack or heavy lifting equipment. It only has a set of dumbells, up to 100lb and a set of barbells up to 110lb and exercise machines. So I need an exercise routine that uses that, but is comparable to StrongLifts as I am working on gains. Does anyone know of any full body exercise routines that I could utilize with that equipment?
So this is what I look like now. No flexing, between gym days so no vascularity. I am damn proud if myself.

A game of sorts.
So in the interest of self-development I have taken it upon myself to play a game.
It is kinda like a drinking game in that I perform an act upon certain triggers.
Only with this game I have decided that instead of imbibing alcohol I will be exercising.
I will be doing either 5 pushups, 5 reverse crunches, or 10 squats whenever I get a notification on tumblr. Since I’m not too tumblr famous this shouldn’t be a problem but I may have to change the game later ha ha.
This can also apply to asks or replys.
And I guess if I get notifications when I am not in a position to do them they will just add up till I can.
My arms got bigger.
