I kinda like this one better though. I put too much effort into translating the desktop and background into pixel art lol Both are based off of screencaps from Identity Crisis. Here's the full background image:

For the little character sprites in the corner, I was originally going to put Jazz instead of Val. But then I realized the implications of her being in a boss fight where you have to flirt with Danny to win and that was quickly rectified lol I had already drawn the sprite and also threw in a Danny sprite too so here they are:

I also had a couple different ideas of what puns to use for the boss fight gimmick. I chose the above one because "catch her" vaguely fits into the dating context, it directly references Identity Crisis, and there are lots of different words I can use to fit the "I hardly know her!" joke. Here are some of the others I have scrawled in my notes:

Admit it, you can't get enough of me! / No matter what, I will protect you! Answer: Obsession

Think you could win that prize for me? / It's the very center of our being. Answer: I score / Ice core

Let's tie the knot! / A found family... Answer: Frayed / Fraid
