A remix of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl's "Jellyfish Fields" stage. I created this shortly after the original game came out. I went for a chiptune-esque style remix, which Jummbox / BeepBox really nail.
For this post, I went back and gave the song a semi-proper outro, since the original MP3 I exported had a simple cut-off. Looking back on it, I might've at least settled for better drum sounds—but that kind of thing takes a lot of fiddling with this site.
i feel lik nickelodeon all star brawl should've had assist trophys or collectibles lik the smash bros trophys or spirits, that way they can include more nick show refernces (including nicktoon network originals, nick jr shows or the many nickcoms) without making them playable fighters. missed potencial imo.
also there should've been a kablam stage, and lik palutena's guidance or snake's codec, have henry and june randomly have a conversation bout the fighter ur up against, imagine henry and june talking bout danny phantom or garfield.
This is part of a series of drawings where I plan to draw all the playable characters from the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl series.
The feline-canine CatDog is today's focus, and I feel as though they were one of the few characters designed with all of the first game's mechanics in mind. The majority of their animations (especially the strafe and jab) show off so much personality, and I'm really glad they stay on all fours for basically every attack they have. Out of the base roster of Nick Brawl 1, this might be one of the better designed characters, even if they fell under the "uppercut" problem lots of characters had.
