My perception on Ozpin’s timeline using both V6E3′s huge tidal wave of lore and filling the gaps with facts such as the creation of the maidens, and theories such as Ozpin being the warrior king of Vale.

THE FNDM THEORIES:

Ozpin destroyed it.

Salem destroyed it.

Summer Rose destroyed it with the Silver Eyes™.

The Grimm came from there.

Dust came from it and exploded because of it.

The Relics are actually a weapon that destroyed it when they were together.

THE DARK GOD IN THE CANON:

Making acadmies to train young people to fight the monsters of the world and keep humanity safe from the Grimm: Good.

Making those academies the last line of defence for four incredibly powerful Relics that can also summon back the gods to destroy the world: Bad.
