Last week we took home the BC Wedding Award for best cinematography. So thankful to be recognized but even more to work in such an awesome industry with incredible talent.

After picking up the iPhone 6s we decided to do a repeat of last year and test out the camera in Disneyland. 4k goodness.

Absolutely! To get ready for a wedding we always make sure we meet again in person with the couple. We talk about the details of the day but we also just hangout for a while and have fun with them. This greatly helps us when defining the story. On our own time we often watch a film that we are inspired by just to get our juices flowing.

So glad you dug it! It was a super fun story to tell. We loved being able to build a relationship with this couple for over a year!

This does not reflect how much fun we had shooting yesterday.

We do. We always ask couples for preferences in artists/genres which we take into consideration. Ultimately we try to find the song that best supports the story and the feel of the couple/day.

Hmmm tough call. I'd have to say the next one. Always excited about upcoming shoots. But for past ones I'm rather partial to Honni + Matt, Jackie + Darrin, and Corinne + Adam.
