Grace: *flashbacks to when Rocky found out that humans can experience long term effects from lower doses of radiation exposure and Grace wasn't being as careful as he should have been back when they first met because he still thought this was gonna be a suicide mission*

Grace (internally): Oh, so cancer prevention! Got it!

Grace: Sounds good!

*like 100 years later*

Grace: Hey Rocky, how am I not dead yet?

Grace internally: Oh right, low gravity can cause bone degradation. Makes sense that after so long in space it'd be good

Grace: sounds good to me!

Grace is gonna get the first good nights sleep he’s had in months and Rocky is gonna mandate daily hug time (that turns into sharing a bed) 🚶🏻💨

Imagine a Bloodymary reverse AU. But instead of the kind where Grace and Simon just switch places, it's one where a version of them exists in each other's realities. Like, in Iron Lung universe there exists both Simon the Butcher of Eden, and Dr. Grace of C.O.I, for example, they could also both be a part of Eden. And in PHM universe a version of Simon lives on Earth, perhaps he's in prison, perhaps he's an engineer, perhaps a gardener

Now imagine Grace gets sent down into the blood ocean, and he knows about Simon the Butcher. He's seen pictures of him, knows his reputation, and is very understandably afraid of him

Then Grace goes through horrors, thinks he was abandoned and died, only to wake up in a pristine white room without a leg, in horrible pain and mutated. Oh, and Simon the motherfucking Butcher is looking down at him

First meeting is going so great :’D
