cayendosâ:
â nope . itâs usually the opposite . â  he jokes . it could very well be true  â  cooper tends to lean on the more arrogant side at times .  â youâre asking for quite a lot . why do we pay for espn if you never let me watch it on the tv ? â  thatâs definitely an exaggeration . the rule in their apartment goes as such  :  whoever gets to the remote first gets to choose whatâs playing . and cooper always , always wins âŠÂ aside from the few times he lets her in an attempt at appeasement .  â my aim used to be impeccable , yâknow . iâm just out of practice . â  kind of hard to really play football with a bunch of tweens . they never believe him when he tells them he was almost drafted . nonetheless , heâs bending over to collect the ball from the grass before falling into step with lola , walking so close that their arms bump together .  â iâm thinking thai food ? thoughts ? â Â
âOh donât give me that, itâs on almost every night , Iâm surprised those reporters faces arenât burned into the TV by nowâ she says, dramatically rolling her eyes when he looks at her. âright...out of practiceâ she nods, nothingâs gonna convince her that he didnât aim that at her on purpose. Lola blushes a little bit at the mere feeling of their arms brushing up against each other, âThai sounds good, if youâre ordering from the place down the street do you think you could get me some of the mochi ice cream things? You know, the strawberry ones?â she flashes him her best puppy dog expression as the two make their way up to their apartment and eventually inside of it. âYou know, I think we should get like a dog or somethingâyou could play fetch and whatever else with it and I could have someone to keep my company while youâre at workâ she mainly brings it up because waling into their empty apartment reminds her of how sad the place is when either one of them is gone, let alone both of them. But nonetheless she sets her bag down on the couch, leaning her shoes by the door as she plops down onto the couch. âWeâre watching one tree hillâÂ
