He knows Peter will sense if anything is off, if anyone is in the house or there's any world ending disaster Peter will be the first to feel it and Tony is always the first person he tells.

Theres no danger here, Peter would know, Peter would tell him if he felt something was off or if anyone was around had dangerous intentions.

Peters relaxed right now, having a good time. Tony should enjoy himself too, at least while its still safe.

Our history is lost to you and you’ll never have your own side of our story, only retellings. That story may as well have happened to a stranger from your perspective, so it inherently means less to you, and I can’t help but feel betrayed even if it’s not your fault.

I need you to fall in love with me all over again, but I’m not the same person you first fell for— in large part because loving you changed me. If you don’t fall for who I am, are you rejecting the person you made me? Are we really going to fail because you ran back to the starting line and can’t catch up with me? How would you feel about the person I made you on return, if you could meet your other self? Did part of me die with the old you?

Or what if this is my chance to fix things? Would I be a monster for using cheat codes— lessons I learned from fights that are lost to you? Can I pretend my scars aren’t there either? Am I manipulating you because I know every nook and cranny of your mind while you’re just meeting mine? If your memory comes back, how will you judge what I’ve drawn on a blank slate with a practiced hand?

Do I tell you how devastated I am at the loss so you know how dear you are to me, or will you think I’m accusing you as you are of being less-than? Do I tell you how devastated I’ll be if you don’t stay with me, or is that guilting you into it?
