I've finished the map for the Apothecary AU. It's very simple (especially for the mountains) but it gets the job done!

We've got the little icons blown up with the names next to them, with smaller ones are around the map over the locations of the empires ^.^ Yes the empire icons are very simple. For no reason other than I didn't wanna make them super detailed.

I was working on making some sprite work/assets for the game I'm currently working on (I wanna show the finished walk cycles and such here later). And while I was in the middle of working on the background assets to the room what happened? My mind came up with ideas -_-

Okay so I was coding and working on getting the inventory system working. With a like press E to open the inventory and press E again to close it... and well you know the saying in coding, if it works don't touch it!

Baaaasically some how when trying to get the inventory code to work, I some how broke the interaction chat dialogue code, you know that thing where if you interact with the thing in the world the character makes a comment about it (idk how else to word it my brain is mush right now). Some how I managed to break that...

Like... I'm so confused on how it broke XD .

Like at first I just though that it was me using the same key for the interactions and they some how over lapped but nooo, I've got two different key bindings for that.

And like idk where to even start on fixing it, since I've got no clue what exact line of code is broken! Soooo... Imma just have to redo that whole section of code later when my brain isn't mush. Cause some times redoing the code helps me figure out what it is that exactly broke.

I'm still working on the Apothecary AU, this is just a smaller project that I' doing to take a break from the massively detailed Apothecary AU stuff. Plus working on this other Undertale crossover series will let me try out some ideas for doing backgrounds and such.

The apothecary au comic pages are more detailed, and I'm trying to find ways to at the very least find ways to not have to worry myself so much with the background details, at least not unless its for something that'll be super detailed with a good number layers of shading and lighting... especially since idk if im gonna have the pages be in color or black & white. That's something that I'm still figuring out, so working on this side thing while working on that AU will give me ideas ^.^

apparently they're doing some work on the power lines today. So far the power has gone out twice this morning. Hopefully it doesn't go out any more today cause I'd like to get some stuff done today... at least on the art side with a lack or internet. Wanted to get more then just art done today but welp my hand has been forced!

Todays just getting messier and messier. But so far at my house the internet has been down for a couple of hours now (meaning I've gotta use mobile data to get anything done that needs internet use) which has made a bit of an issue for me, not to bad but just a pain the the butt when trying to get stuff done. But theres also a thunderstorm about to happen. So instead of just continuing to work on digital art without the internet. I've gotta keep an extra close ear out to make sure to shut my computer off and wait till the storm passes, which who knows how long that'll take.

Okay I meant to post this sooner but I got busy and been working on and off on it till I finally got these four done!

Here we've got four of the Demon's Temptations Brothel members and their pride flags!

We've got Hearts with the asexual and gay flags, Sin with the Pansexual flag, Lust with the Bisexual flag, and Muffet with the Polysexual and Lesbian Flags!

Okay so a blackout happened this morning and it just screwed with all my plans for the day. So now instead of me spending all morning to work on art, I didn't get to do that. So no clue how the rest of my day is gonna be going.

I'm gonna be having a day -_-

okay so I haven't worked on this one piece in a bit and apparently when I last worked on this piece it didn't properly save and basically half of the progress got deleted 😑

So I'm going through and basically remaking it all... again! Mind you this isn't the first time that this has happened to this one piece. The first time it happened, it was due to a thunderstorm and that storm basically frying the Thumb drive that I had all my artwork stored on, so everything in that Thumb drive is basically lost to time (despite me trying my hardest to get it all back).

Oh well. I shouldn't be too down about it and just have to look at the bright side. Basically this just means that I've got a chance to go through it all and redo/fix parts that (looking at now compared to then) needs some fixing here and there as some parts look a bit wrong. So at least I get to fix all that up.

I'm at least glad that back when I was originally working on the first remake to this piece, that I actually took the time to save the background outline and the character outlines before whatever happened to cause the file corruption. Seriously I've got no clue what cause the file corruption and I'm still confused about it, oh well.

I'm almost done doing the base re-sketch outline, then it'll be on to the sketch outline (basically cleaning up the sketching process and making things look less wonky and making the clothing and proportions look right). So I guess it isn't the worst situation in the world to happen.

nothing but rain all day where I am. And right now theres a bunch of scattered thunderstorms just rolling through. So my plans of getting a bunch of work done for this short animation has been tossed out the window...

Fumiko is a OC that I've made.

(Also to read more about Fumiko and the situation she's stuck in at the moment, here's a story draft of her story so far. The Youngest Concubine )

Fumiko is the youngest concubine to Gash. She is 12 years of age and stands at 4 feet 6 inches in height. She has olive toned skin.

Before she was taken in by Gash, when she was 10 years of age, she use to be a human child from the Coral Empire. The Emperor and crowned Prince of the Coral Empire are both horrible humans as the two of them prefer their concubine on the very young side.

Fumiko was brought to the X-Empire after they and six other Empires were brought together to celebrate taking down a group that called themselves the Serpents Flame. A group that was causing many problems for many empires along with their trade routes. The Coral Empire had helped in taking the group down and brought plenty of gifts along to try and get on Gash's good side. One of those gifts being Fumiko.

This resulted in Gash almost starting a whole out war against the Coral Empire, but due to the location and distance between the two empires (and the advice of his other concubine) he did not. But has been carefully working behind the shadows to kill off the two and replace them with a completely different ruler to get rid of that Empire's horrible traditions. The plan is going very slowly.

When Fumiko was first brought to the X-Empire she was underfeed and semi-sickly. Gash wanted to simply adopt Fumiko as a daughter but couldn't. Due to rules around who an Emperor can and can not adopt (not his rules but an over all in general rules about the ties to the crown and who'd becomes the next ruler), and since Fumiko is not blood related to Gash's blood line he could not simply adopt her like he wishes to, in the traditional sense. Plus he didn't want her to be returned to the Coral empire. So he took her and made her a concubine to keep her safe. To keep her within the Empire walls so she can't be hurt by anyone else. He does not see any attraction towards her, and treats Fumiko like his own flesh and blood. His other concubine treating Fumiko like their own daughter as well.

Gash is doing what he can to give Fumiko the childhood she deserves/to make up for what she lost when she was stuck in the Coral Empire. Once Fumiko is old enough he'll be stripping her of the concubine title and will allow her to leave and do whatever she wishes to do once she's grown.

Cross, Slash, Xrisk, and Xhara all love Fumiko their adoptive sister, even if the title she has causes plenty of outsides to do a double take.

idk what's going on but for some reason the internet really doesn't wanna connect to my computer... it goes out ever flippin 5 minutes then I gotta go through and reconnect it or troubleshoot it to get the connection back and like... why in the world is this even happening -_-

Idk why and its maddening! I'm just over here trying to get things done. But Noooo. The internet decided that today was the day that it doesn't wanna work with my computer!

And yes I've tried restarting my whole PC. I've now turned my computer off and turned it back on again, after having restarted the whole thing like an hour ago. So hopefully it'll connect to the internet this time and stay connected!

Okay here's the design to Blitz. The fire elemental monster that's in a relationship with Hearts. (I've got no clue what the Lustfell version of Grillby looks like so here's my design)

Blitz is a blue flame, fire elemental standing at 6' 2" in height. Blitz is around 38 years of age. Working under Muffet within her brothel Demon's Temptations. Blitz entertains customers by dancing and having tea with them. Though if someone does have the money he will join Hearts in a sparing session for show. He and Hearts are both in a happy healthy relationship. Though Hearts doesn't always like to be carried about.

He was once from a small farm house in the outskirts of the Molten empire before, the village was attacked. When he was 6 years of age he and his family were kidnapped by the attackers and taken to be sold off. He had been a very problematic monster and made it hard to be sold. Being taken from one Empire to another until eventually he met Hearts, Sin, Lust, Flame, and Amber when he's 16 years of age. From there they would eventually be found by Muffet and is rescued by her.

Blitz happily helps in caring for Hearts. When they were first taken in by Muffet, before Hearts got his prosthetic legs, he would carry him around made sure he got everything he needed. He still helps Hearts just as much, even to Hearts frustration when the little skeleton wants a little him time.

Outside of Muffet and a couple of other brothel members, Blitz usually deals with the more... problematic customers. He has a bit of a short fuse when it comes to these customers, and some times accidentally burns the building. Some times he does get stabbed by those customers.

When angry his flames turn into a blinding white, and he can pull out any type of weapon he can think off. Starting by pulling the hilt of the weapon out from his body and pulling it out, allowing the end to take whatever form in the moment from a blade to a hammer. The weapon being made of harden molten magma/flames.
